Don't be afraid of losing people

 People are happy with you? Great!

People are angry with you? Even better.

Because then, that means you are prioritizing yourself.

You are making yourself happy.

While making others happy isn’t wrong, it can be EXHAUSTING because -

Our self-worth depends on what others think of us
Our priorities become what others expect from us
Our physical and mental health takes a toll from the lack of boundaries

So, yes, make people happy but don’t lose yourself in the process.

Communicate feelings, thoughts and opinions confidently to avoid any resentment later on.

✅ Prioritise self-care
Have enough time for personal goals and well-being to promote a happy lifestyle.

✅ Start saying “NO”
Only take up tasks that leave energy and time for our important activities.
